The acquisition of the Delta will allow Projective to expand its services to Sydney print businesses through the celloglazing offer whilst offering our historic document finishing services (cutting, slitting, creasing, perforating & folding) providing a true end to end document finishing solution.

 The Delta will provides us with true production capacity celloglazing (20 meters per minute) on stocks up to A2 size.

Nagel Foldnak Booklet Maker

The Nagel Foldnak Booklet Making machine allows Projective to further enhance our historic document finishing services (cutting, slitting, creasing, perforating & folding) to provide finished booklets in short runs. 

We are able to offer completed saddle stitched booklets up to 80 finished pages with celloglazed front & back covers with the highest quality finish, providing a true end to end document finishing solution.

Press Release:  As at 3rd February 2006, Projective Pty Ltd "Short Run Printing" has commenced a business card trimming value proposition to print businesses within the market.  We will trim your 55mm x 91mm business cards for 2 cents per card. 

To minimise the administrative burden associated with volumes of small orders, we will produce an invoice weekly, incorporating all business cards trimmed during the week.

Example:  If you print & submit 100 job of 250 cards in the week, we will invoice you at the end of the week for 25,000 cards @ 2 Cents per card, total $500.00

We are able to trim coated, uncoated & laminated / celloglazed card stocks to 350gsm.

The quality of the output from our business card trimming service will make you look good to your customers and with recent equipment acquisitions, "Short Run Printing" has established a production capability / capacity to produce 30,000 business cards per hour, making short work of the most demanding production runs in a timely manner.

The Adobe InDesign template documents contain guides for business card layouts, a print registration mark & a job identification marking.  When laying out business cards, each card will measure 55mm x 91mm with a 2.5mm bleed on each edge (60mm x 96mm per card inc bleed). 

Each business card trimming jobs submitted to "Short Run Printing" must contain an additional 5 printed pages for validation / testing (Note: Validation / Testing pages processed will not be included in customer billing).
