The acquisition of the Delta will
allow Projective to support its retail offerings whilst extending
its existing wholesale celloglazing services. The Delta will
provide us with true industrial production capacity celloglazing (30 meters per
minute) on stocks up to A2 size.
Duplo DFS5000 Digital Saddle
Stitcher
The Duplo DFS5000 Digital Booklet Making machine
allows Projective to further enhance our historic document finishing
services (cutting, slitting, creasing, perforating &
folding) to provide finished booklets in short runs. This
acquisition enables us to provide completed saddle stitched booklets up to
100 finished pages with celloglazed
front & back covers providing the highest quality finish in a
true end to end document finishing solution.

card trimming value proposition to print businesses within the
market. We will trim your 55mm x 91mm business cards for 2 cents
per card.
To minimise the administrative burden associated
with volumes of small orders, we will
produce an invoice weekly, incorporating all business cards trimmed
during the week.
Example: If you print & submit 100 job of 250
cards in the week, we will invoice you at the end of the week for
25,000 cards @ 2 Cents per card, total $500.00
We
are able to trim coated, uncoated & laminated / celloglazed card
stocks to 350gsm.

Run Printing" must contain an additional 5 printed pages for
validation / testing (Note: Validation / Testing pages processed

a single pass to produce full bleed finished documents. For toner
based printing, the Projective document finishing process also
eliminates toner crack on creases, providing superior finished

utilise print registration marks to allows us to overcome digital
print image offset errors. This is accomplished through the
